    but there's no ranking system for a contestants, you just complete the milestones, i mean the cheats could be found earlier, at the time they've been used
    And I'm sure they do but you can complete it with seconds remaining and there are many who wait because they complain about content being over before they finish. So the delay accounts for last minute cheating.

    I don’t have mine yet either. I became TB somewhat recently and wasn’t able to place in the top tiers, so maybe that’s why my lower tier rewards is taking longer to get to me?

    Half my alliance got them, I'm still waiting. As with everything else in the game it makes no sense how and when rewards go out.

    You not understanding how they send out rewards in waves does not equal it not making sense in general.
