AAR Question

I got 5* red mag. Against #metal he decreases ability accuracy by 70%. Lets say champ has 100% chance to activate regen but against mag he got 30%. Ok I get it but what happens when champ has 50% to activate regen? Does the chance equals 50 - 70 which is 0% (cannot be negative) or 50% - 70% of 50 which is 35% ?
