Miss reward from explored gauntlet

I just explored gauntlet and didn’t get tier 5 ccs reward and only chose 1 25% tier 5 cc fragment.
Is it a bug?
Please help

    Sometimes, subsequent pop-up selectors do not immediately appear.

    It may take a bit of time, may depend if you let it sit for a minute, or do something that might get it to prompt.
    Or may need to re-open the game, to get next pop-up to happen.

    By now after creating this, you’ve probably already got your second pop-up (maybe ?)

    Oh yes, i reset the game and got it
