I know there have been tons of these threads, and I wanted to avoid it, but here we go. Sorry.
I sent 5* too, because there is Hercules and Aegon, which might be really useful, even in 5*, but I don't know, if they are gonna be more useful, than my 6*R3, that power bump isn't small.
I think I will 100% take AA and Apoc, but other three spots are anomaly for me. But I think, it will probably be three from Nimrod/Aegon/Herc/Fantastic/Diablo. But I don't really know, my last Gauntlet run ended as a disaster, so I would love someone to help me out.

You can do most of it with 5/65 aegon plus prox and Heimdall synergies.
But otherwise, the above from @Soar2878 makes sense, except I'd take nimrod instead of Nick.
