ROL Wolverine healing

Why is it when Wolverine procs a regen with less than 1 bar of power he heals 9,000 at a time, but when he had over 1 bar he heals for only 3,000? Is his healing not supposed to increase based off the amount of power he has?

There’s something with him where he can somehow get a ridiculously strong regen, no idea how it works though

And Rintrah shuts them both down. Boom!

One regen is presumably from his sig, while the other is in his base skills

I don't remember which is the stronger one though

Before regen fix, Wolverine regen was not tied to his power.
His sig heal is more potent than base ability healing.

After the change went live, ROL Wolverine was not changed which is a common practice in game.

Whenever a champ abilities gets changed in game, their counterpart in ROL, LOL and Abyss remains the old version albeit with new animations.

that's true. with some of the most recent champion buffs like Storm, Juggernaut & Black Panther their kit stayed the same but animations were updated if there's any.
