Neutralize change.

Neutralize not being able to be applied if the champ is AA immune is not correct. Neutralize should be applied but the effect should be canceled out by AA reduction. This severely effects Tigra, Rintrah and Wiccan. Please fix.

I am confused, you say that it should be applied, but the effect canceled out due to the immunity? How does that change anything?

Also, keep in mind how few champions actually have an AAR immunity

If a champion is bleed immune does the bleed apply but the effect is cancelled out by bleed immunity?

It doesn't say they're immune to neutralize, it says they're immune to AAR – an affect of having neutralize on them.

Arguing that bleed is an affect of having a bleed on them, imo doesn't hold weight but we're talking semantics here.

Spaghetti code causing them to manually apply every AAR debuff to the immunities list instead of working in actual Ability Accuracy is causing this interaction imo.

Neutralise is AAR. That is all it is. It’s AAR that only works on buffs, but AAR nonetheless.

    This isn’t semantics.

You can’t apply concussions to AA immune champs, so why would you be able to apply neutralize?

Both primal and huntress sense duration are paused if defender has neutralize passive active. Her entire kit works around neutralize, so it changes a lot.
