I am able to confirm that DDHK's Signature Ability is bugged. It seems the issue is actually with Red Skull. The game team is actively working on it!
@Kabam Jax I don’t think the sig ability issue has to do with Red Skull only. Check the clip below out, with a max sig DDHK I’m still taking Degen damage from Mojo, which shouldn’t be the case when I’m attacking Mojo:

Having said that, Kabam are struggling to fix his sig. In V34.1’s release notes, they stated that they fixed it, but it wasn’t fixed, and I’m not sure for how long the sig was broken before that. Here are the release notes for your reference:

Now, @Kabam Jax says that Kabam have been in constant communication about these issues, but that’s only been the case since he entered the picture. If he stops communicating or doesn’t have any more info on this timeline, then yes they should just issue RDTs until they decide they want to fix him, or not.

Not with absolute certainty, i rarely use him with Elektra for the -100% DAAR, however i have noticed his DAAR at work when fighting Thing and not gaining rock stacks or when i take the Falter path in section 2 of Map8, when intercepting he sometimes wont gain the fury or turn off the protection from whatever that node is called.
i know its not very scientific like much of the feedback you provide, but its all i got.

I’m really happy to see this, although I don’t often use DDHK with anyone other than Kingpin or Psylocke these days (and often only a synergy partner at that).
As far as Relics, I did spot Punisher looking relic in one of the reveal videos. I’m quite interested in having Punisher as a striker, maybe for Skill champs like Venom is for Cosmics. Just wondering, but what if the ‘fix’ for DDHK’s Regen rate issues or average damage output is actually a relic?
It’s still messed up (I know I’m in Murdock Boy mode but the interaction looks wrong, and I’m sure it’s the same case when you get to Stick’s Apprentice, meaning nothing has been done with regards to this issue).

Were they able to test out the DAAR, and the sig bug when you transition from Murdock Boy to Stick’s Apprentice?

Any updates on the sig bugs @Kabam Miike @Kabam Jax ?
As far as Relics, I did spot Punisher looking relic in one of the reveal videos. I’m quite interested in having Punisher as a striker, maybe for Skill champs like Venom is for Cosmics. Just wondering, but what if the ‘fix’ for DDHK’s Regen rate issues or average damage output is actually a relic?
It’s still messed up (I know I’m in Murdock Boy mode but the interaction looks wrong, and I’m sure it’s the same case when you get to Stick’s Apprentice, meaning nothing has been done with regards to this issue).
I want to take him to R4 but there’s no point unless you triage all his issues, and maybe get him re-balanced. Thanks.
