Legends Title from Event Quest

Just received in-game message today saying there will be a legends run for completing Heroic and Master Difficulty 100% in the event quest. I think it's messed up that it wasn't stated at the beginning of the month for the people who want to get the legends title. I started both heroic and master days ago but didnt 100% yet. Now my chances of getting the title are very slim since I've clocked days on the timer. SMFH!!
