I know what yr all going to say.....get good at the game and stop complaining! I have over 14k pres, a rating of ove 2.3 mil, and have some great champs. Yet, I have lost to every apponent I have faced. I've tried with and without suicides....NOTHING works. I have r4 6*'s.....and they lose as well. I've tried all of my over 900 champs yet I have failed every time. I used to like battlegrounds.....not so much now. Today is the first time I've put my phone down and given up on MCOC.
To say I feel deflated is an understatement. I don't know whether there are players out there that are blatantly cheating, or they are just so good they are unbeatable. Yeah yeah I know, get good right!

And like i said in another post, the energy dump = zero rewards, if i got halve or even a 3rd of the trophy tokens for a 5 loss every 5 days than you would get for the wins i would play and keep on trying, but now the energy investment does not equal the frustration
I’ve not had any issues progressing through the ranks so far (I’m in plat 1) and I’m not a spender at all.
Try and isolate why you’re losing. What attackers are you having success with? you picking the right defenders for the meta? What holes in your roster do you need to fill? Are you approaching the fights with the right tactics?
Just having a big roster doesn’t mean you’ll win matches.
Either 👆 or this 👇
One way or another, bg will make players frustated than enjoyable' doing it only for those items in bg store
ther are so many cheaters in battleground but kabam still not doing anything look at this picture
This game is in many ways RNG dependent and the same goes for this mode. Randomized opponent, randomized draft choices, and then RNG within the fights themselves. Couple that with input and connection issues, and it's possible to lose for reasons other than skill or roster. This leads to frustration and the feeling of "wasting time and energy" playing a game. This mode feels more stressful than fun and for a casual gamer, that's not the way I want to feel after I play.
If you compare this mode to another grindy mode, arena, there are some differences. Arena fights are easy, you're rewarded for the time you spend with milestone rewards and battle chips. It's monotonous and tedious, but at least there's a guaranteed payoff. There's no such thing in battlegrounds unless you want to buy elder's marks, which really only yield some 6* shards and the chance for rank rewards at the end of the season. I'd prefer to see an option where you can obtain a small amount of trophy tokens or some other form of currency to keep casual players engaged (similar to the participation milestones in the beta).
For example, I played 2 rounds this morning, which took roughly 20 minutes and cost 30 energy. I lost the first round and won the second. So after 20 minutes of playing, I'm exactly where I was when I started with nothing to show for it and wishing that I had done something else with my time.
My comment was meant to be constructive, those are the questions I look to answer. I don’t seem to be having the same experience in BG’s that the rest of the guys in this thread are having. I’m not finding it difficult to move up the ranks, but then again I’ve put a lot of time and focus into my roster (although I’m FTP).
But now it platinum to I have lost 17 matches in a row yes 17 after they so-called fixed matchmaking.
A couple other odd things I have noticed is I seem to win the first fight in a match regularly only to get stumped the next two fights in pretty unrealistic fashion.
Another odd thing that seems like it’s in the coding is the RNG or “bugs” always seems to kick in for the defender pretty soon before you are about to kill them. It’s like I can go through the fight almost untouched and then no matter what once they get around 25% or under Something Happens. Way way too many times to be a coincidence.
Frustrating to think this was obviously a monetary grab but that they are trying to rig the game only to make more money.
