Can't fight in Battlegrounds

I was using my Elders Mark credit against someone waaayyy better than me which is no surprise and the game froze on the second fight like just the timer was showing... What's the point? Obviously I won't get my elder Mark credit back now...

    this happened to me before but it was on the the previous beta, immediatly i went to check my wifi and it was working just fine, so i guess we know whose fault it was
