Screen freeze after Duel Fights

Not sure if many people have had this problem but i've been doing or trying to do duels as part of the various objectives for this month and have noticed over the last couple of days that once i complete the duel, the screen doesn't progress past the champions winning pose. The screen isn't frozen as the background and the character are still moving as part of the winning animation but having waited 5 minutes, i have no reason to think the screen will be moving beyond this point.

Is anyone else experiencing this bug?
