    Nebula is an extremely underrated champ when used correctly, got my 6* at r3 and have her as a strong r4 candidate.

    So, there is possibly a way...and you missed a chance or two earlier this year.
    1. Earlier this year there was a 5000 unit deal for a good chance to get him from a 2020 selector.
    2. On july 4 deals this year, Paragon also got a 2020 selector as one of their deals. I am not paragon, so did not get the deal.
    3. I got mine last cyber monday since it had a 2020 selector, but my guess is TB will only get a 2021 selector again. However, they could reoffer the bonus 2020 selector like on July 4.

    So my advice is to get paragon as soon as possible and go into cyber deals with 20000+ units as the best chance.
