Is any one facing issue with battleground alliance event reward?

I received the rewards.. I fall in 11 -20% catalyst selector was not opened at all , other rewards got updated.. did I am the only person facing the issue? Even I try updating catalyst, opened some crystal even open and closed the game .. is that only probl.for me?

Same! My T5 selector never populated. I closed and reopened the game multiple times and it never appeared.
