Wrong information in war season on tier

I noticed that the game gives wrong information in the screen about the tier and multypli.

I have notified a ticket but it seems kabam does not understand what i meen. So i put it up in here and hope that some kabam member does understand.

First picture is the the war room where it says tier 7 multypli 3.4.



Second is in the main ranking screen where it says tier 6 multypli 3.4



Both from the same round 8.

Last one is in the tier list where it says tier 7 multypli 3.2.



So 3 different information and kabam tells me this.



I Just want to help and notify kabam what i discover. But kabam tells me that there is no problem.

Dont know if more alliances have noticed this.

    It is the second time i noticed it. First time it was in round 6. Where we played a tier 5 map and it said tier 6 multypli by 4.

    1st, throw out that 3rd pic (victory rewards breakdown), it is not actually the rewards you got for the war you are/were in, but rather the general tier listings, as highlighted for the Tier that your War Rating assigns you to. Has no info in it as far as “cross-tier” wars.

    Then, the 3rd pic. Is that after you had maybe lost the war (and is now showing you dropping to Tier-7) ?
    Or was that during the war, and your WR had you in Tier-7 that war, but you played on Tier-6 map.
    Or were you in Tier-6, but were playing on Tier-7 map ?

    Kabak's reply answer is actually correct. But their game screens could use a little better clarity for “cross-tier” war situations.

    To find the ACTUAL Multiplier your war's points got for that war, you need to look at the POINTS result screen (you haven’t shown, or is still in progress if current war).
    That will tell you what Mult you actually got (which should match what you War Rating determining Tier for your Ally was in (no matter which map you ended up playing on).

    Points Multiplier is determined by what War Rating Tier you're Ally is at, NOT what map you may have been matched into playing that war.
