    Either there both exceptional both different entirely but both are so useful I'd just go hard n get them both up needs must if u cgr and the apoc horseman ability's n by sounds of it u could really use them with them mutants u have. 😃👌

    Apoc over cgr anyday u also have a 6 star cable isn't the answer not already clear.
    Cable apoc one of the best carry in the game

    I think you know the answer is both. But who first? That's up to you. Out of a pool of 250+ characters, you're asking about two of the top 10 or 20. So its your choice. People are saying Apocalypse for the synergy with Cable. While sure, also consider your roster, do you have any high ranked top cosmic champs? if not, maybe CGR is the first.

    Apoc is more versatile, I use mine almost everywhere all the time. I have them both as 6* unduped (Apoc r4 and CGR r3 but considering rank 4 even unduped next).
