Unknown error unable to duel

going after today's target muntra. this happened across 2 different (Android) devices. Both worked the second time. Anyone else seeing this?

    This problem happens since Jan 2022 and Kabam CS acknowledge the issue, yet so far it seems they can't find a way to fix. This issue only confine to some but not all players, even to those players being affected, it is not happening every times. Issues disappeared in Aug but reappeared in Sept then disappeared again in Oct.

    You habe to Start the Duell from Main Homescreen. This works for me.

    From Crystal Screen it Crashes evertime.
