Difficulty level is locked even though I am in the required level

Hello,
Im trying to get in the new special event and there are level of difficulty with different rewards. I am level 51, and it doesn’t let me play the “uncollected” level of difficulty, even though the requirement is level 40 (11 levels lower than me!!).
I completed all the levels of the event on “master” difficultly (including exploring) and I really need the prizes of the “uncollected” level.
How can I fix that?

    I think you have to be uncollected as well.

    U do it's lvl 40 & uncollected

    You need to complete Act 5.2 too

    Normal, Heroic, and Master are general terms used to describe some different difficulty levels.

    But Uncollected and Cavalier are terms tied to specific progression titles that players must be before being able to do those difficulties.

    You are only Conqueror so far, you have to reach Uncollected for that next difficulty (completing Act 5.2). As well as being the certain Level # indicated in the quest reward screen too.
