    I feel like in most cases (when a champion hasn't been rebalanced or nerfed) that it just discourages account growth and encourages resource hoarding instead of trying to defeat opponents with unique champs. How about some rank UP tickets?

    Rank up gems are already a thing, they're just rare, usually in exclusive bundles or super rare events.

    Rank down tickets for what u should be proud of all champs u ranked up or why would u rank them up in first place. I don't want a rank down ticket for Xmas all the champs I ranked up are ranked up because they were who I wanted up so what I get nothing for Xmas. Because I'm not needing to rank down any champ I ranked up?
