Battlegrounds Season Reward

I got two rewards; Batlegrounds Solo Event and Battlegrounds Alliance Reward but I have not gotten the Battlegrounds Season Completion rewards but other got.

    That's why you didn't get any. You need to have made it to gladiator circuit to get ranked season completion rewards.

    I was under the impression that once you get to gladiator circuit you qualify to receive the 10k trophy tokens for Uru 3 even if you dont win any more matches. I made it to gladiator circuit and didnt do any matches but I didnt receive Uru 3 rewards. Is this correct?
