Unduped Mister Negative R3?

I recently pulled Mister Negative and I’m not too sure if it’s a good rank up if he’s unduped. To me it doesn’t seem the biggest deal but I’ve never had him to play around with. Plus my science roster is still kinda dry unfortunately.
Btw I don’t do alliance stuff just solo type stuff. Would love some advice.

    Spider-Ham aficionado here. Ham is easier to use and has a slightly better damage loop (especially since power stings are rare)

    . Same here but I already have a maxed 5* piggy and want more of a diverse roster.

    He is still very good unduped. The most important part of his sig imo is the regen when suffering from degeneration, and he doesn't require a high sig either. With a science roster like yours I would take him to R3 unawakened for sure. Just make sure to do a few fights before committing to the rank up since his playstyle is not for everyone
