So Cyber Weekend sales email has arrived

It basically states that cyber weekend sales will go on for an entire week and will be progression based. What is doesn’t say however if people who become Thronebreaker, or Paragon on cyber weekend will be be eligible to buy higher tier deals?

    I don't think the offer email ever states that but to my knowledge it always has allowed in on these cyber weekend and 4th of July sales.

    If I remember correctly it isn’t always the case. But they usually state that in email in advance. This year this info was omitted.

    There's no "usually." This behavior isn't actually intended, it just happens to be the behavior of the system as implemented. Kabam has always stated that this is not intended, but they have no motivation to deliberately change it. They sometimes address player questions about it by stating whether this behavior still exists in the game, but there's no specific announcement about it that is guaranteed to happen about it every year.

    As far as I'm aware, this behavior is still there. But I would suggest reading any announcement coincident with the actual launch of the CW offers very carefully before spending money.
