1. I can't block his sp1 (most of the time)
2. Even when I try to evade (3x dexterity) and still got struck by his sp1
3. And about his auto block I can't understand how it works.

    I believe so also!! I don't have that issue!!!
    I suggest 3-4 hit combos vs MODOK, you can recover after the auto block!!

    Also what is up with him begin so hard to Parry (let alone his auto-shield seeming so good as to be completely broken)? Anyone else having issues getting a Parry off on him... let alone doing it consistently?

    I use xbones. Rank 3/45, and I absolutely rinse uncollected modok. 4 hit combos is the key
