Anywhere from a couple hours to about 24 hours after the event ends. Look at your event tabs and watch the timer count down to 0 today in about 1.5 hours. After that, just wait til they start dropping.
This event in particular is a test in patience given that a lot of people have been done for weeks and have had an extended amount of wait time. Hopefully they figure out a way to pay out people who knock out all the milestones sooner in the next rounds of PAIN
