Storm relic freeze, can't do anything except closing the game

Thanks for introducing Relics, but I could see many bugs in it. Main one is, when I open relic info of storm, I couldn't able to go back or do anything except reopening the game. Please look into it. I'm trying to swap my 4* storm to kitty but couldn't able to do it. Please find the screenshot.

    I'm not 100% sure on this one, but if you closed the "relic cannot be modified" notification, would it open everything up for you?

    LoL. Strange but, yes. Even after restarted the game couldn't able to modify storm relic. I'm trying to unbind the 3* storm relic to my 6* kitty and freezing. Even after restart also
