Battlegrounds issue that has never been fixed

After I finished the second round fight in battlegrounds I returned to match results to find out that I lost the match due to forfeiting although I have already won the first round and finishe the second round with 100% health.
This bug is there since the release of battlegrounds, I sent couple of support tickets before but I alway get useless answer. Please do something about it. @Kabam Miike

    This is what I always get from support and the problem has never been fixed

    Kabam support is completely useless, never receive any help from them at all

    That’s the same , boiler plate response I received from “support” about a totally different problem. It doesn’t fill you with any confidence when the same bug is persistent for months with no fix or resolution.
