  You must have changed alliance recently. There's a cooldown period for contributing towards any alliance event during which your contribution doesn't count. This is usual for even the usual 1-day, 3-days and 7-days alliance events. Should have checked before spending I'd say.

  That is your alliance score, the 2 million. It looks like you e contributed 200 points. You probably joined late and contributed points before you were eligible.

  Yes, that 2m score is the overall points the whole Alliance has done so far.
  But EACH PERSON also has an Individual Requirement of points in order to personally claim a Milestone that the Alliance as whole has also already met.
  
  You have only done 200 points towards Alliance Event. You will need to contribute 33,330 points yourself toward the Ally Event in order to claim the very last milestone (the 6* Abyss Nexus), so long as the Alliance as a whole has also achieved the overall total required for that milestone (1,000,000 overall Ally Points).
  
  Finally, depending on when you happened to join the Alliance, you may have higher points already toward the SOLO EVENT, but only points after being in Ally for 14 days will have counted for you toward the ALLY EVENT.
