Can you parry a heavy attack?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Hi guys,
I have issues with heavy attack for like half a year...... Either me and opponents can parry heavy attacks.
Is it just game mechanics connected to masteries (50% to resist heavy attack) or is it just a bug?
I recorded it once (parry 3rd heavy hit).

    Also I have never parried 1st heavy hit, which is able to break block too

    Also does it mean heavy attack is not "unblockable" just have something like "100% block break"?
    Because it would change many things like bonuses from incursions

    Yes, you can. If you max "stand your ground" you have a 50% chance to on a ll champions.
    If red guardian has his shield, he can resist it.
    Moleman can do it but he loses monstermass.
    Unstoppable champions technically can, but you won't be able to parry it.
    At max sig Idoom can resist unblockable by 100% in aura of iron.
    That's all I know about unblockable resist

    Peni can also resist heavy attacks.

    Also, resisting heavy attacks and being able to block unblockable attacks is completely different. Mr. Sinister and Mordo can block unblockable hits, they cannot block heavy attacks without the Stand Your Ground mastery.
