Dash back during combo

iPhone 8+ (but have heard others complain about this with iPhone 8).
Sometimes during a 5 hit combo my champs will just all a sudden dash backwards. There is no particular champ this happens with, its multiple champs of all differnent classes. When you should be on hot 3,4 or 5 of your five hit combo it’ll just dash backwards.

    I just switched to a new phone and I'm getting the same thing with the iphone X (previously had the iphone 6s), dashing backwards instead of completing combo and standing there instead of blocking. Not sure if it's the phone or the game?
