Now After Rank him up as Rank 3:-


The Rating was decreased but why?

    Yea, this happens to all rank ups when you first do them. They initially drop their rating, but increase again when you level them up.
    Don't panic, it's normal, but not that widely known. Soon as you pump some ISO into him it will shoot back up again. 👍🏻👍🏻

    i think that masteries are level related so when he drops from level 35 to 1 he loses ratings cause masteries give less but when you start ranking him he will go up again

    It is absolutely normal. It is to give incentive for players to actually level their champs instead of just ranking them up. It also depends on that specific champ and their interaction with your mastery setup. It won’t happen with all champs, but it also affects nothing. Just level them up.

    Yeah that happens
    Kabam logic is that a R3 L1 champion should be weaker than a R2 L25
    They say that not just the Ranks but the Levels also matter & u need to Level up ur champs to get the optimum benefit of their corresponding ranks
    U'll see it getting better after 7-8 levels
