How good is gorr?

I recently pulled a 6* Gorr I heard some people say he's really good others say he's okay. What is your opinion on him? Also does he needs awakening to be a good ? I do have 2 cosmic 6* awakening gen and I can drop some sigs in him if he is good?

    He's a great champ, BIG damage, lots of buffs and debuffs, great defender. The dupe is not needed but makes him an Auto-Block counter and higher damage from debuff duration increase and heresy
