Can’t call out cheaters?

I’m not sure what the rules are here so hopefully someone can enlighten me. Just posted a discussion about a cheater I faced in BG with picture evidence but it got instantly taken down? Not sure what to do, but BGs is already ridiculous enough without allowing blatant cheating with no consequences.

    Hey there, please keep in mind that calling out other players is not allowed under the forum rules. If you have evidence of suspicious behavior, you can report it directly to our Support Team for review. You can reach them from the game’s home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and scrolling down to the button labeled “Support”. You can also reach them here.
