Zemo + super speed

Why the hell is zemo fighting with such immense speed? His movements are so fast and sped up. How the hell is zemo moving faster than quicksilver?????? It looks like zemo took some cocaine and amphetamines and washed it all down with a gallon of coffee. Come on Kabam fix this problem. Fix zemo. Do something right for the game for a change.
