  I received 1 key only when I only did the gauntlet once. Is Kabam addressing this along with those who are missing all keys?

  Same here! Im kinda lost in this.
  
  Ive done it once only, before it was taken down, but ive read in some posts here that we re supposed to get 2 keys, cause we re entitled to 3 runs!
  
  However, i only got 1!
  
  How to proceed??

  I'm on the same boat I did the gauntlet once before they took it down and I didn't receive a key I saw a couple of players getting it so I sent an email to customer service and after 2 days all they did was send me an automated massage telling me how many keys each player got.

  Yeah, I didn’t get any of the gauntlet keys, I have run it one time before so I was supposed to receive 2 keys. I received a message when opening a ticket that essentially said they weren’t going to do anything about it
