Eop hercules buffed???

I remember doing this fight originally when it came our with tigra and now for some reason her neutralise doesn't work on him anymore? It's not infuriate because even if it's off my neutralise still fails. Only thing I can think of is the mystic ward node being silently buffed because it definitely did not use to affect neutralise.

    Looks like it's cause force of will, just tried to use rinatrah and he didn't work

    When did the “adjustment” to neutralize occur? Because before AAR immune champs could have neutralize applied to them but now they can’t. I don’t know when that change happened though.
