Rank-up-items inbalance

As a paragorn in the actual state of the game the inbalance in rank-up-material is extreme. We get a load of A2 (without the chance to sell for A3-fragments) and a lot of T5B, Iso is also ok because of the mass of 6* shards we get and so there are a lot of dupes, but everyone I know has a problem with gold.
I know arena and incursions can help a bit, but with one R4 you can make every month (besides the R3 and R2 witch are possible) it is just not enough, tough you play arena for about 3 or 4 hours a day. Most of us don't have time to play these hours a day.

To make it for sure I don't want anything for free, but the highest gold-crystal is Uncollected. Where are the Cavalier-, Thronebreaker- and Paragorn gold-crystals.
Please put them in the game and change the rewards of the 22h and the 7h events depending on the progression title. And change the calendar (about gold), too.

    3 or 4 hours of arena a day. If you were to do that you would do about 360 arena rounds, which is 140 rounds more than you need to clear every single milestone if you play slowly.
    If you do 30 minutes a day you can easily do all milestones in the basic arena and about 600k in de trials.
    I have been doing this for a year and my gold has increased from 130m to 151m. While becoming paragon and getting multiple r2, r3 and r4 champs.

    I understand 30 minutes might still be much for some. But even 15 minutes could get you 3 or 3,5 m per cycle which would at the very least balance out your gold needs.

    As I am UC was ranking up most of my 5* now since banquet I now have approximately 26 of 6* of which could only rank up 3 to r3.
    Because not enough gold or t5 class or ISO can't rank up any more. It would take me 6 month or more to get enough gold and ISO to rank up even 5 of them. And I have t4 class of 17+ but can't get t5 but once a month at best...
    The imbalance is unreal. in Aw most of the time we are playing against alliance that already have them 6* at 4 level maxed with full team of 5 to 8 heros smh... Why can't we sell t4 to get the t5s we need... Also I've average 2 to 3 Mil in arenas on a day or two grind. Also the climb to cavalier makes me save all units just to be able to do just one section at a time...at 1k + units just to try once ever other week . I have been doing this for years now... Did realize that if I play with 5g it's a little bit easier... But can't always be off 4g or WiFi which almost always has issues during game play with the mechanics of the game. Please look at the limiting mechanics of the game.

    Also needed in arenas is a heal all button above quick load button, I am so tired of clicking each heros individually to heal.. and it's so small to do heal almost have stopped doing that... 4+ years of this has become so aggravating.
