Is apoc still badly broken? :(

I'm planning to go for the gauntlet. Apoc is the candidate to be in my team. But his evade charges are broken as far as i know. Is it still true?

    It’s fixed, just used him in gauntlet

    fixed, if you downloaded the required hot fix. I just did a Gauntlet run with him.
