0 SP3 damage

I'm currently working towards Act 7 completion and in 7.4.2, there is a path with nodes like Arcane Zeal, Turtling, etc. (path is shown in image). On this path, whenever I throw a SP3 it does no damage. There is nothing in the nodes that specify that SP3's do no damage so why is it happening? Am I missing something or is it a bug?

    The nodes are-
    Arcane Zeal, Power Shield 2.0, Turtling, Static Defence-3 and Armor Break Immunity

    That bug has been around for years. And yes that's probably it.

    I'm facing some same issues with Doom as well. Plus his L1 is not power draining opponent sometimes.
