Black iso market broken??

Bought a 6* feautured in black iso market but didn’t received the featured crystal. Anyone else have the same issue?

    I restarted the game multiple times. 13k 6* shards are gone and I didn’t received anything.

    Did that also, waiting since then for an proper answer by kabam. But thanks guys, it was more like i was curious if other players had the same issues. Comments like start the game again, open a ticket isn’t needed. Took all the necessary actions ;)
