Glitch in the middle of purchasing?

So while I made a purchase of the Tony stark brief case 29.99$USD , for whatever reason the game glitched and did not give me what I am entitled to. In fact the number of purchases you can make is still stuck on 4 rather than 3 once you've made a purchase. I've put in a ticket but this is just to get it in the forefront and possibly addressed faster.

As of now you can see my unit count still has not changed and I've closed the game over 5 times

Itrs not going to get addresssed faster from the forums. Only support can fix your problem.
