Is Tigra in BG bugged or is there something I’m missing

I want to ask on the forum first, before I report this as a bug. Charging heavy in BG and BG only, non contact specials are not missing. I’ve gotten wrecked 2 times in a row trying to fight with Tigra. Fighting Sassy, he was getting ready to throw his SP1, I charged heavy expecting him to miss, but got hit with the rock he throws. I thought it might have been me, I might have let the heavy go too early. The next match, I fight Bishop, I know I can punish his SP2, for sure. I push him to Sp2, charge my heavy, make sure I wait for it to fully pass before I wreck him. Nope, SP2 to the face, I finish him but take too much damage to win the match. Am I missing something on why this miss mechanic is not working? I’m not seeing anything that would interact with the nodes. I have tested Tigra in every other game mode and everything works fine, just in BG.

    Thank you, you’re exactly right. I guess I have never dealt with that before in regular content.

    Also watch out for Slow and Exhaustion, they also shut down unblockable and miss
