Double Track Event Reward

I am not able to claim the double track event rewards. I bought the platinum track as well but even after completing the daily objective I am unable to claim the rewards.How can I claim the rewards for the platinum track event, I already paid the money.

    Same for me since updating the game I had 2 objectives and when I completed them it’s gone grey and I am not able to chose the 6* shards
