Recently they've been rolling him instead of RoL Winter Soldier, but I missed where he is.

    CCP videos are usually a mix of acts 6 & 7 with ROL and sometimes even Abyss. So if you keep a keen eye open, you'll see where they went for testing.

    Yea, ironically as soon as I got the answer above, I came across KarateMike's vid, and he stated in the beginning where that Deadpool is...
