Can not bind wolverine relic to wolverine or weapon x

Hello,
When trying to bind wolverine relic to weapon x or wolverine, i get a message that says the bind is complete, but when i try to leave it says, you didn’t finish biding, are you sure you want to leave. No matter how many times I try to bind it, it doesn't work.
I hard reset the game a few times. Binding other relics work.
