Was Emergency Maint (crashed system or such), not Scheduled. As was mentioned by Kabam up here. Otherwise would have just continued to been the “Unable to connect — Reconnect” prompt after a very long time of “connecting icon” sitting there when trying to start game.
And at only 2+ hours, pretty much on par with what other times have been when they used to do Scheduled ones before.
Not every minor issue needs to be compensated. Game was down for 2 hours max. You didn’t lose out on any rewards.
What if someone(me) used an energy refill 2 minutes prior, I lost out on like 30 energy....what about those who were in a bgs game?! What about those in an aw or aq fight? What about those in the middle of a GM solo and have to restart? Sure we didn’t lose any “rewards” but there are a lot of issues than can arise with 2 hrs downtime outta the blue.

I remember they used to do this way back in the day. Campensation for the inconvenience and to create goodwill with the playerbase. 2016 was a good time
