Trying to see what amount of people missed out on modok rewards due to the massive amount of game connection issues. Should we be allotted some compensation for this?

but as usual, expect no consideration from kabam, standard answer from mod, closing this thread and no compensation, nothing ... good way to reward and thank your player/customer base
p/s: I woke up @ 6:45am, I have meeting @ 8am, I managed to find time to login @ my 9am to catch the lab but I can't, when logging in successfully, time reset, missed it

up to 8 hours (down for 1 hour) doesn't mean ppl will be able to login when the new lab reset
there's something called "sleeping hour", "commute to work hour", "family hour", "work hour", "meeting hour", etc
if it is up for 8 hours, we expect it to fulfil the full 8 hours, the lab can be done within 10-15min is we fight fast and don't re-roll too many times, but it is down far longer than the time we need to complete
