    I mean, I'm a Fantastic Four fan, so my first R4 would be a Fantastic Four related champ. But, here is my order.
    1. Infamous Iron Man
    2. Silver Surfer
    3. Hulkling
    4. Quicksilver
    5. Human Torch

    In my roster (IF I HAD 6*'S), I would easily go for Mister Fantastic as my first.

    Mutants: i like all the options, choose whoever you like playing the most and according to suicides
    Skill: :'(
    Tech: I would go with Peni, unless if you're not hunting for prestige (but your idoom is unduped so its hard)
    Mystic: you literally have only 1 champ there and he is good
    Science: I would go with Quicksilver for massive amount of utilities and annoyance on defense
