Bug with Gauntlet Keys

I still haven't received a key to play the Gauntlet one last time. I opened several tickets to Kabam and got the same standard response from Kabam Jack who must be a bot: "By default, players can receive a maximum of three Keys from us, and each time they claimed rewards from the previous Grandmaster's Gauntlet would decrease this number by one. If you claimed rewards three times you would receive zero Keys, if you claimed two sets of rewards you would receive one Key, and if you claimed one set of rewards you would receive two Keys."

At a certain point I thought I could have partially claimed the rewards and forgotten, because I had a run in which I gave up when I arrived at the Korg.

But now I'm 100% sure that I didn't claim any rewards, because for that I would have had to beat the Thanos boss and I had never done this fight until they relaunched the challenge with the keys.

So I must insist that we still have a bug, I believe they are considering that as soon as you finish a path, you receive the rewards, but it should only be considered as a successful run after you beat Thanos.

This issue is affecting a number of users that may not be as large as those affected by the previous bugs, but Kabam cannot simply ignore this.

Additionally, I'm an experience player who has already completed all of the game's content, so I know how the game works and wouldn't be insisting on the bug if it didn't exist.
