The leadership is automatically transferred to an officer after a period of inactivity if i remember well

Is there no other way. Coz my current leader is not active for about 20 days then comes one for 1 day the gone again

An officer in the alliance can send a request to support to make the switch. It isn’t guaranteed, but aside from just starting a new alliance it is your only option unless they happen to stay offline long enough for the default switch.
