What’s the best way to get r4 mats as a TB?

As the title says, I’m a thronebreaker. After watching the recent Kabam live stream that specified that being Paragon would be highly beneficial for the upcoming 7* celebrations, I’m trying to get my third rank 4 to achieve the title.
So what would be the “fastest” way to get the mats to do so? I’ve explored 8.1, but otherwise haven’t done much content beyond that. Currently sitting in just under one of both t6b and t3a.

    at this point i’d just wait for 8.2 on wednesday- a full t6b and t3a for completion, and 3 full ones for exploration (plus a 3-4 gem)

    8.2 or exploring act 7 (not very fast but maybe you’ve done a bit of it already)

    My plan is to 100% Act 8.1 for rank up gem and then do 8.2 completion and clear the paths that give you t6b and t3a in 8.2. This way you only need about 1 t6b/t3a for the third r4 (I formed my first one a week ago). If you're a bit short on that then do this and next month's sidequest as well.
