Esla has access to Coldsnap after a defender evades. In the side quest, I am using Elsa against Wasp. After allowing Wasp to Evade then Completing a M-L-M combo to activate Coldsnap. Wasp was still able to Evade anyway and coldsnap debuff was wiped away!!!!! This happens multiple times during the fight. Both Lvl 4/5 was ran

    If I remember wasps kit correctly, she purifies debuffs and then evades, meaning the coldsnap debuff wasn't there when anymore when she was evading
